Primary 1 & 2 had a wonderful visit from Fit4Life today.
They learned about the importance of having a healthy heart, took part in loads of fun games and activities, and practiced breathing exercises for when they feel frustrated.
We are very grateful to Suzanne McGuckin for leading today’s session and look forward to her next visit.
