Primary 3 and 4 enjoyed a lovely walk to the post box. In class we have been working on the writing genre 'recount'. We got to write letters to our friends. We were so excited to post the letters. A huge thank you to one of our parents who kindly sent in stamps so that we could all post individual letters.
Whilst we were out for our walk, we also looked at houses as part of our 'Home Sweet Home' topic. We noticed lots of houses. Some were detached, some were semi-detached and some were terraced. We learnt so much. We also looked at signs of Autumn on our journey.
We wore our hi-vis vests and walked carefully on the footpath. Our teacher and classroom assistants were delighted with our behaviour. Well done Primary 3 and 4!
