Empower Me- Growing into your best self with Happy Minds Grateful Hearts!
A 6 week programme for boys and girls aged 9-12 (tailored for teens, young people and adults also) designed to help
build strong confidence, deepen self-esteem, and truly understand what it means to feel empowered and to empower others.
Through creative exploration, guided discussions, emotional education,
and interactive group activities, participants learn how to empower themselves while also uplifting and supporting others. ??
The aims were to; build confidence & healthy self-esteem, celebrate their individuality, strengths & uniqueness, understand empowerment, support & uplift others, navigate challenges in friendships & relationships, build and maintain healthy friendships & relationships, understand, express, regulate & integrate emotions, embrace feminine energy & positive masculinity, develop respect, empathy, compassion & emotional courage and finally to create and embody healthy boundaries with themselves and others.
We look forward to one more session and a special treat from Knocknagin PS and Friends of Knocknagin PTA to finish the programme on Wednesday 10th December.
